Halloween fun

For Halloween I usually only get maybe 3 sets of trick-or-treaters. Which I assured Chris when he bought monstrous sized candy bars to hand out and told him he bought too many. so he went and bought more candy, whole bags of pixie stix, gummies, and peachies, to hand out after the initial 3 sets of very satisfied kids. It was fun to see the reactions though, that was alot of candy.
We carved pumpkins while we waited for the door bell. Chris laughed at me when I couldn't cut the top off mine, and took it to do for me (very sure that he could!). He couldn't. I apparently bought an orange rock disguised as a pupmkin. He used (naturally) the jigsaw to take the top off. I used three different knives to barely cut the skin off the pumpkin to make a face. It was funny. he later put wholes in it to let light through with a drill (naturally).

what a perfect way to carve pumpkins. It's a good thing you had a boy there to show you how it's done, or else where would you be? (apparently, with an orange rock.)

I like how Katie acknowledged Chris as a "boy" ... I bet he loved that part.

You just have to be smarter then the pumpkin. Look at it this way, if someone decided to come throw it into the street ... it would probably still make it. :)

LOL...Where is the picture of that bad boy? (The pumpkin. Not the other...um, boy.)

Tell Chris I want some of those peachies at Thanksgiving. Love those things, but my husband won't buy them for me because he says they're bad for my teeth. As if.

P.S. You are wearing inverse outfits in that photo and your profile picture.
